HEALTH & FITNESS
Self Defense
This class will teach awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive attacks. This class also provides psychological awareness and verbal skills, not just physical training.

LIVING
Take charge of your own health and healing by discovering how to achieve total health of the mind, body, and spirit. This course will teach how to focus on God's Word, healthy diet, positive attitude, relaxation, kindness, chiropractic, natural remedies and more to achieve total health and natural living.

Art
Block Printing is like a homemade stamp. Professional printers from throughout art history use layered color and precise tools to make beautiful and detailed works and your student can too!

HISTORY
We will learn the key events of Russian history, and tie them to what was happening in Europe and the USA at the same time.
We will look at the life of the people, their faith, family life, land ownership, relationship with the neighbors, gradual growing of the empire, key rulers and their families.

Leadership

In this class the students will learn improvisation, recite fun poems, and perform short skits. We will also focus on volume, articulation, and creativity.

BABYSITTERS
CLUB
This course will cover several topics that all babysitters should know before accepting their first job! Infant & Toddler Care such as diapering, bottle warming, sleep safety & recognizing different behaviors. Safety procedures in the event of an emergency.

You can choose one of the below options to volunteer during any class hour. Volunteer choices are subject to approval!
LITTLE ROOTS Helping Hand
Instead of taking a class, we'd love to have your help for one class hour in our Saplings (3 years old), Sprouts (4 years old), or Shrubs (5 years old) classes! Just list Little Roots Helping Hand in the class hour choice on your enrollment form!

Willow friend
Instead of taking a class, we'd love for you to be a Willow Friend! Our Willows are our special needs students and sometimes they just need a little help in PE class or a friend to hang out with at lunch. Just list Willow Friend in the class hour choice on your enrollment form!
