ABSENCE FORM - EAST CAMPUS

For Teachers and DVs at Aspire East Discovery Campus, please fill out the below form as soon as you are aware that you will be absent from a class day.  Teachers are responsible for finding a substitute teacher. DVs are responsible for finding a replacement volunteer, OR paying the stated fee per day for discount received.  Thanks!
