PLEASE READ THROUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

1) READ THROUGH THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SMOOTH ENROLLMENT PROCESS!  We have shifted to a new enrollment system called Jack Rabbit. When we refer to the Parent Portal below, we are referring to the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal and not the Parent Portal on THIS website.  We are renaming our website Parent Portal to eliminate confusion.

2) Click on the link below (will be updated at 9am on Monday, 7/18/22) and fill out the registration form for your students.  If you have more than 5 students to register, register the first 5 on this initial form and then you will be able to add additional students in the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal.

3) You will be asked to enter Credit/Debit Card info.  Please know that this card will only be charged for the $75 Annual Membership Fee (even if they system asks for your card twice, it will only charge one time for the fee).  The card will be saved to your account for you to use for future payments.

4) Once you have registered your family and students, you will need to log into the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal to choose classes for each student. Please remember to see our website for Class Descriptions and other class info.

 

5) In the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal, when you choose a class and add it to your cart, you will be able to choose the student or students to enroll in that class.  If you are enrolling more than one student in a class, please check the box for all names of students that need to be enrolled in that class.

FOR ACADEMY ENROLLMENT -  Please note that total class cost includes any supply fees for that class. Make sure you are choosing the right day and class hour.

FOR FRIDAY COOPERATIVE ENROLLMENT - Please choose the Age Group and Program Option first (make note of the Campus) and the Class Name that begins with "ENROLL"  You should have ONE of these "ENROLL" classes for each student that will attend.  Then, in addition, you can make class choices for each student. One class choice for Little Roots based on age. One class choice PER CATEGORY for 1st - 12th Grades.  The ENROLL choice will be your flat $85 per semester fee and any supply fees will be associated to the class choices made.

FOR OTHER PROGRAMS - Please choose "OTHER PROGRAMS" under the Campus Search and choose other programs that your student is interested in. This is not required, but available.  We will have other ways to sign your students up for all the extra Aspire Programs.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR TOTAL BILL FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR WILL DISPLAY AFTER ENROLLMENT CHOICES.

 

**DISCOUNTS, FUNDRAISERS AND OTHER CREDITS WILL BE APPLIED AND PAYMENTS CAN BE SPLIT OVER 10 MONTHS.
