PLEASE READ THROUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
*DO NOT PROCEED WITH THIS STEP UNLESS YOU ARE A RETURNING MEMBER OR HAVE FILLED OUT THE NEW MEMBER APPLICATION (
LINK) AND BEEN APPROVED FOR MEMBERSHIP*
**Please note this process will be easier on a larger device than a phone**

1) READ THROUGH THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SMOOTH ENROLLMENT PROCESS!  At Aspire, you can find all the class details and schedules on our website.  We use an enrollment system called Jack Rabbit Class. This is the system you will be using to register your family and enroll in classes and programs. 

2) Click on the button at the bottom of this page and fill out the registration form for your students. (DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED AS A NEW MEMBER) If you have more than 5 students to register, register the first 5 on this initial form and then you will be able to add additional students in the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal. 

3) You will be asked to enter Credit/Debit Card info.  Please know that this card will only be charged for the $75 Annual Membership Fee (even if they system asks for your card twice, it will only charge one time for the fee).  The card will be saved to your account to be used for future payments.

4) Once you have registered your family and students, you will need to log into the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal to choose classes for each student. (instructions below) Please remember to see our website for Class Descriptions and other class info.

5)Click back to your Dashboard

  • Click “Find Classes”

  • * NOTE - PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO FLIP THE "WAITLIST" TOGGLE AT THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE "FIND CLASSES" SCREEN.  If a class is already full, and you would like to us to consider adding students, or even creating a second option for that class, please go ahead and join the WAITLIST.  You can still choose another option to enroll in just in case, but the waitlist helps us understand what classes are in more demand. We work to find everyone a spot as best we can!

  • Your BEST experience will come from using filters to filter through our many classes!  Recommended Filters are: Campus, Days of Week, Age / Grade (since we have multiple age/grade ranges, you need to choose each one that applies to your student.  For example, if you have a first grader, you would like to pick all the age/grades that cover 1st grade in your filter.  Or, you can always just match the exact grade range on the schedule for a specific class)

  • WE DO NOT USE THE AGE FILTER AS OUR CLASSES ARE BASED ON GRADES ONLY! USING THE GRADE RANGE FILTER TO MATCH THE RANGE OF GRADES ON THE SCHEDULE IS YOUR BEST BET FOR A QUICK FIND!

  • Set your filters and click on the class you would like to enroll in.

  • Click - Add to Cart

  • Choose the students you want enrolled in this class and click ADD.

  • Once all classes are added to your cart, go to your cart and review.  Click “Accept Enrollment Fees and Continue” at the bottom of the screen.

  • Back in your Dashboard, you can see that your balance has been adjusted for classes enrolled in

  • Remember:

    • FOR CLASS ENROLLMENT -  Please note that total class cost DOES NOT INCLUDE any supply fees for that class.  These supply fees will be paid directly to the teacher. The total cost DOES INCLUDE any extra teacher fees or curriculum rental fees. Make sure you are choosing the right day and class hour for each class!

    • FOR OTHER PROGRAMS & ATHLETICS - Please choose "OTHER PROGRAMS" or "ATHLETICS" under the Campus Search and choose other programs that your student is interested in. This is not required, but available.  We will have other ways to sign your students up for all the extra Aspire Programs & Athletics.

  • You can go back to your dashboard and add any classes needed until enrollment closes on August 5th.

  • PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US!  ADMIN WILL ENTER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR YOUR FAMILY AS SOON AS WE CAN.  UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE TO DO THIS ALL MANUALLY DUE TO OUR DISCOUNT STRUCTURE.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND REMEMBER THAT A 5% (before discounts) DOWN PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR CLASS SPOTS. 

  • Last, but not least - click on the 3 bars in the top right corner to expose the menu and choose "Latest Announcement” – PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK AND READ the Welcome Letter and follow additional links to the updated Calendar and Band Group list for the 2024-2025 School Year!

*PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR TOTAL BILL FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR WILL DISPLAY AFTER ENROLLMENT CHOICES.

 

**DISCOUNTS, FUNDRAISERS AND OTHER CREDITS WILL BE APPLIED (after your 5% down payment) AND PAYMENTS ON THE ACCOUNT BALANCE CAN BE SPLIT OVER 10 MONTHS (July 1st through April 1st).
