HEALTH & FITNESS
Ballin' it up!
Develop some of the fundamental skills used to participate in sports such as basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and badminton in this fun and active class.

In this class we’ll be studying God's Word as it helps us lay a foundation for Spiritual Health. Students will be introduced to the concept of Spiritual Health and explore how it relates to total well-being.

FOREIGN STUDIES
WORLD CHANGERS
Learn the fascinating and true stories of God moving through missionaries who have changed the world for Jesus. We will learn how to pray for others, share our testimony, share the gospel, and be disciples who make disciples. Local mission opportunities through Mobile Missions Network will be offered.

FOOD AROUND THE WORLD
Get out the sombrero for your Mexican fiesta! Chinese egg rolls! Corn pancakes from Venezuela! We will go on a whirlwind tour of many countries. This class will have delicious food, divine drinks, and delectable desserts that are sure to help students be fascinated with each culture and country!

ADULTING 101
This class is geared toward students who are seeking basic skills to become more responsible, engaged, and self-sufficient individuals. Each class will cover an essential topic - like filing taxes, civic engagement, basic car maintenance, financial planning, and more!

SIMPLE WOODWORKING
This class is designed as a basic introduction to working with wood, simple tools and other materials. Students will learn: shop safety, project design, proper hand and power tool use and finishing.

SELF DEFENSE SKILLS
This class will teach awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive attacks. This class also provides psychological awareness and verbal skills, not just physical training.

LITTLE ROOTS Helping Hand
Instead of taking a class, we'd love to have your help for one class hour in our Saplings (3 years old), Sprouts (4 years old), or Shrubs (5 years old) classes! Just list Little Roots Helping Hand in the class hour choice on your enrollment form!
