Below are our Discovery Class options for this age group. Students do not have to stay all day, but they do have to be enrolled in a class for each class hour they are on campus.

1st HOUR (10am to 10:55am)

Ever wondered what it would be like to create art like the pros? In this class, we’ll focus on one amazing artist at a time and discover what makes their style stand out. We’ll look at their coolest pieces, learn a little about their story, and break down the techniques they used. Then it’s your turn! You’ll create your own artwork inspired by that artist’s style, adding your own creativity and personality along the way. Get ready to experiment, try new techniques, and build your skills while making art, you’ll be proud to show off!

Turn everyday discarded materials into meaningful works of art! In Recycled Art, students will explore creativity and design by transforming recyclables and found objects into unique artistic creations. This class encourages imagination, and environmental awareness while students experiment with different techniques and styles. Students will learn that art can be powerful, purposeful, and sustainable.

2nd HOUR (11am to 11:55am)

Ready to build confidence, think on your feet, and have fun? In this class, students will explore acting through theater games, improv, short scenes, and character work. We’ll practice voice projection, body language, stage presence, the art of storytelling and teamwork, all in a supportive, encouraging environment. No experience needed, just a willingness to participate and try something new!

builders of faith
Grab your tools, it’s time to build something that lasts! In Builders of Faith, we won’t just hear Bible stories… we’ll build them, test them, and see how they help us grow strong in God. Each week, we’ll explore an exciting story from the Bible and create a hands-on project that brings it to life. We will try science experiments that connect to powerful faith lessons, such as construct houses on “rock” and “sand” to see what happens when storms come. By the end your child won’t just know Bible stories, they’ll understand how to build their life on a strong foundation that lasts. Join us as we build something eternal!

Beyond the excitement of competition, students will sharpen their cognitive skills through early math and logical reasoning, foster social-emotional growth by practicing patience and sportsmanship, and strengthen executive functioning as they follow multi-step directions and plan their next moves. From cooperative adventures to fast paced challenges, your child will build confidence and friendships one turn at a time.

Think you know the real story? Think again. In Mock Trial Court, we’re putting your favorite childhood legends on the witness stand to find out what actually happened. Was Goldilocks a simple explorer or a master burglar? Did the Big Bad Wolf really have a cold, or was it "huff and puff" premeditated? You’ll take on the roles of high-powered attorneys, quirky witnesses, and the jury as we dive into the world of law and order. Practice your "objection!" and sharpen your persuasion skills in this fast-paced class where the verdict is entirely in your hands. Case closed!
