PLEASE READ THROUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
**Please note this process will be easier on a larger device than a phone**

  1. Log into the Aspire Group Jack Rabbit Parent Portal -
    The Aspire Group Parent Portal (jackrabbitclass.com)

     

  2. Read Important Message and Click “OK”
     

  3. Sign In (reach out to ADean@aspirehomeschool.org if you have any issues with your login info)
     

  4. Once logged in, you will see your Family Dashboard.You may be prompted to agree to some initial group policies.  Please review and mark your agreement. These policies can be referenced under your account information in the future.
     

  5. You should have already been charged the $75 Membership Fee for 23-24.  Please pay immediately before continuing enrollment.  If you had a credit balance, the $75 deducted from your credit balance and you will only owe what wasn’t covered by the credit.
     

  6. Please click on the 3 bars in the top right corner to expose the menu and choose “Account” – we need you to REVIEW ALL OF THIS INFORMATION that you entered last year at registration. 

    • Click on each student to review their details, medical or special needs, and especially their shirt size (this will be used to order their student shirt!), etc.  REVIEW EACH STUDENT ON YOUR ACCOUNT.  This is also where you can add a new student to your account.

    • Click on Billing & Payments - Review your Saved Payment Methods and make sure this is up-to-date.

    • Click on Contacts - Update all contact information on your account to reflect accuracy for the upcoming school year.

    • Click on Settings – Update any new info or family details to reflect the most accurate info!
       

  7. Click back to your Dashboard

    • Click “Find Classes”

    • * NOTE - PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO FLIP THE "WAITLIST" TOGGLE AT THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE "FIND CLASSES" SCREEN.  If a class is already full, and you would like to us to consider adding students, or even creating a second option for that class, please go ahead and join the WAITLIST.  You can still choose another option to enroll in just in case, but the waitlist helps us understand what classes are in more demand. We work to find everyone a spot as best we can!

    • Your BEST experience will come from using filters to filter through our many classes!  Recommended Filters are: Campus, Days of Week, Age / Grade (since we have multiple age/grade ranges, you need to choose each one that applies to your student.  For example, if you have a first grader, you would like to pick all the age/grades that cover 1st grade in your filter.  Or, you can always just match the exact grade range on the schedule for a specific class)

    • Set your filters and click on the class you would like to enroll in.

    • Click - Add to Cart

    • Choose the students you want enrolled in this class and click ADD.

    • Once all classes are added to your cart, go to your cart and review.  Click “Accept Enrollment Fees and Continue” at the bottom of the screen.

    • Back in your Dashboard, you can see that your balance has been adjusted for classes enrolled in

    • Remember:

      • FOR ACADEMY ENROLLMENT -  Please note that total class cost includes any supply fees for that class. Make sure you are choosing the right day and class hour.

      • FOR FRIDAY DISCOVERY ENROLLMENT - Please choose the Age Group and Program Option first (make note of the Campus) and the Class Name that begins with "ENROLL"  You should have ONE of these "ENROLL" classes for each student that will attend.  Then, in addition, you can make class choices for each student. One class choice for Little Roots based on age. One class choice PER CATEGORY for 1st - 12th Grades.  The ENROLL choice will be your flat $400 per semester fee and any supply fees will be associated to the class choices made.

      • FOR OTHER PROGRAMS - Please choose "OTHER PROGRAMS" under the Campus Search and choose other programs that your student is interested in. This is not required, but available.  We will have other ways to sign your students up for all the extra Aspire Programs.

    • You can go back to your dashboard and add any classes needed until enrollment closes on August 6th.

    • PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US!  ADMIN WILL ENTER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR YOUR FAMILY AS SOON AS WE CAN.  UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE TO DO THIS ALL MANUALLY DUE TO OUR DISCOUNT STRUCTURE.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND REMEMBER THAT THE FIRST 10% PAYMENT IS DUE ON ENROLLMENT.

  8. Last, but not least - click on the 3 bars in the top right corner to expose the menu and choose "Latest Announcement” – PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK AND READ the Welcome Letter and follow additional links to the updated Calendar and Band Group list for the 2023-2024 School Year!
